This is my 43rd year working in the dental office. Many of our patients have become “family members”. Dentistry has changed a lot during my time in the profession but it is an honor to help our patients with their dental needs.
When I am not working, I enjoy the tending flowers and spending time with my family. My three children are my greatest blessings in life and I am truly proud of each of them.

Hello! My name is Kayla-Ann and I was born and raised in Boone. I am the oldest out of three. My younger sister is Kara and my younger brother is Jacob. I have a toy poodle named Remy and a cat names Bella. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and family, sitting outside and bowling. I plan on attending dental assisting school in the fall and becoming a dental assistant. I love working at this office with such amazing people!

I have practiced as a dental hygienist for 25 years. I joined Warren Dentistry one and a half years ago. I am very fortunate to practice with a talented and professional team that places patient care and their needs as our top priority.
I am married to my best friend of 25 years, and we have three children, Brianna, Korben, and Collin. Our family loves all things outdoors and enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, and fishing. We spoil our two pups, Olive and Stanley.
Debin Warren, Registered Dental Hygienist
Hello there! I’m Debin, a dedicated dental hygienist with Warren Dentistry. With 9 years of experience in the field, I am passionate about educating my patients on the importance of oral health, implementing preventive dental care practices, and providing personalized care through advanced hygiene techniques. I graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2015 with my bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene and from UNC Adams School of Dentistry with my masters in Dental Hygiene Education in 2019. I continually strive to enhance my skills and keep updated with the latest advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing education and professional development. I am an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association which allows me those opportunities to see what I can bring to you.
Outside the practice, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, being outdoors and riding horses or snowboarding. I have a 2-year-old standard parti poodle and a 27-year-old quarter horse that are my “fur children”. I look forward to helping you achieve your brightest smile!

I have been with the Warrens since 1993. I graduated top of my class with a certification in dental assisting. I am blessed with two wonderful daughters, sons-in-law, and six awesome grandchildren. Growing up in South Carolina, “Southern Belle” is my background. Taking care of our patients comes naturally.
I am happily married to my best friend and soul mate. The mission statement I carry in my heart is: Always be true to yourself and do what you know is the right thing. Keep your eyes on the goals you set for yourself, your faith in the Lord and always be trustworthy and kind. In my spare time, I love to cook!
Taylor Weston, Dental Assistant II
I joined the Warren team in 2022 and could not ask for a better work family. Going into my eighth year of Dental Assisting I continue to love working alongside patients, and making sure they get the best care possible. Nothing makes me happier than to see patients confident with their smiles.
I am a local girl, born and raised in Watauga County, and love to spend time outdoors in the beautiful mountains. I am beyond blessed with my boyfriend, Brock, who fills my life with so much love and memorable times together.
Dr. Blaire always provides the best of care and is a joy to work chairside with. Not only do I get to do what I love every day, I get to work with the best team around.
